Conditions for customer’s refunding application

1.Within 7 days after the customer’s receipt of the product, free of any product defect, complete outer package, accessory, present and instruction manual, no manual damage, not activated or used, do not affect secondary sales;

2.Within 7 days after the customer’s receipt of the product, the product is found of the poor performance caused by non-man-made damage; The customer holds legal purchase voucher, receipt and other relevant bills.

Range of TopXGun’s refusal for refunding

1.Put forward the refunding requirement 7 days after the product receiving date;

2.Incomplete refunded product, incomplete outer package, accessory, present and instruction manual, or damaged product caused by human causes;

3.Unable to provide legal purchase voucher or receipt, or amend or forge the receipt;

4.Tear or amend the label, machine serial no., water-proof label, false proof mark and so on;

5.Product caused by unavoidable force majeure reasons, such as fire disaster, water disaster, thunder, traffic accident and so on
