  • Preliminary determination of after-sale personnel

    After-sales personnel check the basic conditions of the product Verify whether

  • Fill out the application form

    Fill in the maintenance application form and mail it back to the factory with the product
    1. please pay in advance the shipping fee, and we do not receive snail mail and cash on delivery
    2. please send the complete package of the problemed products to the repair address designated by the after-sale staff"

  • Final decision of after-sale personnel

    After receiving the repaired product within 5 working days, the after-sale personnel will return the product for final judgment:
    Is it in conformity with the terms of the return?
    If your product complies with the terms of the return, the sales staff will give you a free replacement of the new product or refund to your account.
    Is it in accordance with the free maintenance clause?
    If your products meet the problem of free maintenance terms, customer service staff will provide you with free product testing and maintenance. If your product does not comply with the terms of free maintenance, customer service personnel will be in consultation with you if you need to pay maintenance.
    Do you agree to pay maintenance for problem products?
    If you agree to pay maintenance products, customer service personnel will send repair quotation to you. After confirming the payment of maintenance costs, customer service staff will provide you with fault product maintenance service
    If you do not agree to pay maintenance, customer service personnel will return your fault product (requiring the user to take delivery costs)"

  • Complete maintenance

    Within 7 working days, the repairs will be completed and sent back.

Return & Exchange
TopXGun guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Return & Refund Service, Replacement Service and Warranty Repair Service can be requested.
Please contact TopXGun or your authorized TopXGun dealer for more details. You will be required to fill out a repair form, which should be sent to us along with the to-be-repaired unit.

1. You can request Return & Refund Service:
a. Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.
b. Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
c. There are still inhuman quality problems after the replacement.

2. Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
a. It is requested beyond seven (7) calendars days of receiving a product.
b. A product sent to TopXGun for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
c. A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
d. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
e. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
f. Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
g. A product is not delivered to TopXGun within seven (7) calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from TopXGun.

3. You can request Replacement Service:
a. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the product if the product has sustained a substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to TopXGun.
b. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
c. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.
d. There are still inhuman quality problems after the replacement.
e. There is logistic damage when customer inspect the products in the front of the delivery man.
f. The received goods are clearly out of line with the description of the goods.

4. Replacement Service will not be provided where:
a. Service is requested more than fifteen (15) calendars days after receiving a product.
b. Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
c. A product sent to TopXGun for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
d. A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by TopXGun.
e. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
f. Product labels, serial numbers, water damage marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
g. Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
h. Received product has not been sent back to TopXGun seven (7) calendar days after replacement confirmation from TopXGun.

5. Return notes
a.refund time
The local credit card / debit card, Alipay will refund in 10 working days after receiving the return to the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for enquiries; International credit card and Visa / Master credit card refund will be transferred to the issuing bank within 1 to 2 weeks;
b. meets the replacement condition and only changes the faulty part.
c. please contact TopXGun technical staff, under the guidance of technical support personnel for return operation.
The after-sales service policy applies only to mainland China, and other countries and regions shall comply with the local after-sales service policies and laws and regulations.
Free Repair Service
Main parts of TopXGun products have various warranty periods. A list of types of main parts and their respective warranty periods can be found at http://www.TopXGun.com/service.

1.You can request Warranty Repair Service where:
a. The product must not have been subjected to abnormal or unauthorized used, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period.
b. Product labels, Serial Numbers, water damage marks, false proof mark, etc. show no signs of tampering or altering.
c. No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed on the product or a component.
d. You provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number (for TopXGun Direct Sales).

2.Warranty Repair Service will not be provided where:
a. Crash or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.
b. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
c. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
d. Damage caused by unauthorized repair.
e. Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification and mismatch or misuse of the battery or charger.
f. Damage caused by flights which did not follow the instruction manual recommendations.
g. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong wind, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.).
h. Damage caused by operating the unit in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e. a mining areas, close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.). i. Damage caused by operating the product in an environment containing interference from other wireless devices (i.e. transmitter, video-link, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).
j. Damage caused by operating the unit at a weight greater than the safe takeoff weight as specified by the instruction manuals.
k. Damage caused by a flight in which damaged components or components suffering from natural wear and tear were used.
i. Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthenticated third-party parts.
m. Damage caused by operating the unit with a low-charged or defective battery.

3. Essential Information
a.TopXGun will examine the returned product(s) to identify the problem. If the problem qualifies for service under this policy, TopXGun will bear the cost for refund, replacement, or repair and return the product(s) at our cost to you.
b. If TopXGun determines that the issue in question is not covered by this TopXGun After-Sales Policy, you will have to apply for Customer Paid Repair Service. TopXGun will not start repair until you agree to the cost for repair quoted by TopXGun. If you disagree with the cost for repair, TopXGun will return the product(s) with you burdening the cost of return shipping.
c. Please note that products and components presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. These refurbished goods have been tested and are similar to brand new goods in function and appearance. If any refurbished parts or units do not meet our quality assurance requirements, brand new parts or units will be issued. Any replaced parts may come with different serial numbers.

Chargeable Maintenance Service
TopXGun will provide chargeable maintenance service if it can not meet the warranty terms and conditions. Customers need to pay the examination fee, maintenance required labor costs, testing fees and replacement parts maintenance fee.

In the product warranty period, customer need to pay shipping fee if customer give up product maintenance; Customers are required to pay the inspection fee and shipping fee if the products are out the product warranty period. Please contact the nearest TopXGun official maintenance point for product maintenance.

Chargeable maintenance service includes:
a. exceeds the effective warranty period ;
b. all belong to the condition of free maintenance (see free maintenance policy in case of free maintenance).
